How is VL-2 supplied with power?

For ultimate portability, the VL-2 can operate on three different power sources: 1. AC power at home; 2. DC power in a vehicle; 3. External battery. When using the device on AC/DC power, connect it directly to the power source using the included power cord. When using the external battery pack, simply connect the battery pack to the device. To charge the battery, open the charging port cover on the battery and connect it to AC/DC power using the supplied power cable.

What is the difference between continuous current and pulsed current?

Pulse flow: During use, it can automatically detect your breathing pressure, deliver the required oxygen promptly when you inhale, and stop working when you exhale. With continuous flow, oxygen is delivered regardless of whether you inhale or exhale. Currently, pulse flow mode is mainly used in wearable devices to extend the device's service life.

Is the external battery included in the package?

Yes, VL-2 comes with the external battery and other accessories in the package. You can also purchase spare batteries in-store for extended use. We offer two battery types for the VL-1: 1. Standard 2500 mAh battery, good for up to 2.5 hours; 2. Extra-large 5000 mAh battery, good for up to 5 hours.

Cleaning: Clean the oxygen inhaler head approximately once a week. The nasal cannula should be cleaned after each use to ensure hygiene.

Car Power: The car adapter can only power the device — it cannot be used to charge the battery.

Warning for use in vehicles: Always start the car and wait until the engine is running smoothly before connecting the device to the cigarette lighter. Failure to do so may damage the device.

Regular use recommended: Use the oxygen concentrator at least once a week for at least 1 hour at a time to ensure optimal performance.

Support

--Regularly maintain the oxygen concentrator's appearance and carefully wipe around the ventilation openings. Gently rub the surface to remove any dirt.
Clean the nasal cannula at least once a week. If you use it daily, it's best to replace it every two months. If you don't use it often, replace it every three to six months.
The oxygen generator's filter can remove dust, dirt, and pollen from the air. Cleaning the filter once a month will extend the device's lifespan.
