EXCHANGE PERIOD:
For all VARON oxygen concentrator products ordered through the online store (https://varoninc.nl/), we offer a 30-day exchange policy after order delivery (accessories are not covered by this exchange policy) .
Please note that if an order exceeds the 30-day exchange period, your exchange request will be rejected.
Exchange conditions:
If it is not a quality issue and you want to exchange the goods, please ensure that the goods are in perfect condition and that all accessories are complete (including the original box, warranty certificate, etc.).
If you need to exchange the goods due to quality issues, please ensure you provide evidence of the problem (such as photos, videos) and that quality control has confirmed that it is a product defect.
Exchange process:
1. If you need to exchange the goods, please contact customer service via the official email address ( support@varoninc.nl ), indicate the order number and the details of the description, customer service will assess the information you provided.
2. If you are certain that you meet the conditions for an exchange, customer service will provide you with a correct return address for the exchange via your official email address. Please send the goods to the address provided by customer service and provide the logistics number to customer service by email. We will arrange a new shipment for you as soon as possible after receiving the logistics number you provided.
Standard exchange costs:
1. If you ordered the wrong model, the device's performance is fine, but it doesn't meet your actual needs for reasons related to your own product, we can provide free replacement service. The replacement fee is more than a small amount, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
2. If there are any quality problems and it is confirmed by the quality inspection of product defects, we can provide free replacement services and bear the freight costs.
